Hi everyone! This week’s Sweat Pink Ambassador Vlog Challenge topic is about my workout music! Meant to add that I use my ipod and armband in the gym only (no longer run with it for safety reasons). Be sure to tune in each week to hear about the new topic of discussion!

  1. I must be in a minority, I tried music during a run but I found it too distracting. I did use for my cool down and stretching though. I’ve got lots of favourites, echo beach by Martha and the Muffins is up there in my top 10.

  2. I’m all about the One Direction Pandora station lately. I rocked to it during my last 1/2 marathon. But I do like to do a backstreet boys mix every once in a while.
