PeopleTowels Back to School Giveaway!

“Back to School” season is fast approaching and to celebrate, one lucky reader will win a 3-pack of PeopleTowels! If you are looking to decrease your carbon footprint at school, work, public facilities and at home then read more to find out how PeopleTowels can help!

What are PeopleTowels?

If you would like a more in depth analysis of the product, click PeopleTowels Review to read my review from a previous blog post. Here is a quick summary below:

PeopleTowels are the newest concept in sustainability, inspired by the Japanese who have been using reusable, personal hand towels for decades. Reusable PeopleTowels are a small eco-friendly lifestyle change that everyone can do to reduce their carbon footprint.. –PeopleTowels website

Perks about the product:

  • Light-weight fabric (100% organic fair trade cotton) is absorbent and dries quickly.
  • Designs are printed with eco-friendly dyes.
  • Hangtags allow you to clip or loop your PeopleTowels to your backpack, purse, belt loop, etc…
  • Machine washable.
  • Come in a variety of designs, something for everyone!

Versatility of PeopleTowels:

  1. Pack PeopleTowels with your lunch: Whether you are a student, an employee or have kids in school, packing one with lunch is a great idea! Forget the napkins and BYO PeopleTowels instead to instantly make your lunch eco-friendly chic! 🙂
  2. Attach PeopleTowels to your belt loop or wrap one around your wrist: You’ll never get caught in the restroom without one to dry your hands after washing up! And wrapping it to your wrist works great as an alternative to a sweatband for rock climbing, running, gym…you name it!
  3. Take PeopleTowels with you to the store: Clip one to your reusable grocery bag and show your pride in your sustainble lifestyle … in style!
  4. Get a PeopleTowels for your dog: This one deserves a post all on its own, from muddy feet to slobbery mouth, having one for your best four legged friend (or three legged in my case) is a must!

SALE for Back to School: Use code BTS13 for 25% off your order of 2+ PeopleTowels! Valid until Aug 31st!

  1. Hooooooooooray for giveaways!! I tweeted about this on Monday but am just now getting a chance to comment. *lame* I’ll have to check out Run Fast Mama’s giveaway, too. Double dipping anyone? 🙂

  2. ooooh what a neat idea! it’d be perfect for the gym or on Nisene Marks runs……plus about a million other uses!

  3. There are 3 of us in the family so we would each get one to use as our own personal napkin for meals. I entered through the Rafflecopter on your Facebook page for the other entriies.

  4. My 3 year old would LOVE to use them in all those public restrooms that have gone with the “eco-friendly” super-loud hand dryers (she is terrified of those sounds!) And I think that they would be a great addition to our playground picnics also!

    • Both great ideas for using PeopleTowels! A few parents bought some PeopleTowels for their kids when I was selling them at a booth in the Monterey Bay Aquarium on World Oceans Day because they told me their kids were scared of the hand dryers too. Its a great solution!
